📦 When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship items typically process in 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items take 7–10 business days to process.
If your order contains both, everything will ship together once all items are ready.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

🚚 What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

💸 How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over $150 USD.

📬 How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

🎨 What does "made-to-order" mean?

Made-to-order items are created after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and keep things small-batch. These items take 7–10 business days to process before shipping.

📦 My package is lost or damaged. What should I do?

🖤 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our handmade and made-to-order products, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
